Important Information

Processing Time: Please allow 3-8 business days for your order to be processed in our warehouse after your payment is received.
Delivery Delays: While we strive for timely deliveries, shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to peak seasons, customs inspections, extreme weather, public holidays, or incorrect shipping information. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Customs & Duties: Each country has its own customs policies. If import duties or taxes are charged in rare cases, the customer is responsible for paying them. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.
Delivery Restrictions: To ensure safe delivery, please provide a complete and specific address, including a street number, building number, contact number, and the consignee's full name. We are unable to ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
